Je suis en plein accouchement et mes contractions vont se rapprocher de plus en plus. Mais ne croyez pas que parce que je change de cycle, je me meurs.  Au contraire, comme je suis heureuse de grandir ! Comme je suis heureuse de rejoindre mes grandes sœurs ! C'est une immense joie pour moi ! Mes enfants ne semblent pas comprendre ce qui m'arrive. Ils ont peur pour eux, ce que je suis en mesure de comprendre. Mais avant de s'occuper de moi, c'est d'eux-mêmes qu'ils doivent s'occuper. Si je change, ils doivent également changer.  Ces changements se passent en moi et de la même manière doivent se passer en eux. Ne marchez pas pour moi, marchez pour vous ! Il n'existe pas de plus grande pollution pour moi que celle de votre colère, votre rage, votre tristesse, votre stress, vos anéantissement passagers, même si d'extérieur vous êtes silencieux ! Il n'y a pas de plus lourd fardeau pour moi en ce moment que ce que vous faites vivre en vous. J'attend de vous que vous entriez dans votre propre accomplissement. Dans votre joie. Dans votre épanouissement !  N’attendez rien des autres, attendez tout de vous. Les lois universelles ne sont pas dictées par l’extérieur. Elles sont toutes en vous. Suivez ces pas en vous. Vivez comme vous avez envie de vivre. Vous pouvez créer de merveilleuses choses qui contribuent énormément à ma transformation et à la vôtre. Surtout dans la santé et l’éducation. My version of a rosary and buddhist beads. The beads start as the widest size and decreases to the smallest. The beads then reaches the hands that are offering a lotus flower to Christ. Finally, there are six beads extending from the lotus to Christ. This represents my mother's offering of Buddhism to my father's belief of Roman Catholicism so they could be married. The six beads are the six people in my family. This is the incredible Naga Buddhist statue in Krabi. Naga is the multi-headed king cobra which protects Buddhists so they can pray in peace.  While it originated in India, no where else but Thailand can you see such magnificent statues decorated in gold paint.  I'm really grateful for having experienced it and also having peace in my life. 🙏

5Am  1. Sync Your Mind and Body with a Schedule It is important for our overall health and wellbeing to have a sleep schedule. When your body knows when to shut down, it can be easier to fall asleep. When your body knows when to wake up, it can work more effectively, causing you to wake up without six cups of coffee first. You can sync your mind and body with a schedule. If you wake up every day at 5 AM, you are allowing your body to get used to waking in the morning and falling asleep the night before. After awhile, your body will have its own internal alarm clock that will know when it is time to wake, allowing you to have more energy for your morning routine.  2 Extra Time for Planning We understand how difficult it can be to do your weekly planning and get organized in the evening after a long day at work. Waking up at 5 AM allows you to have some extra time to organize yourself and plan the day ahead. This will allow you to be extra productive during the day and also prepares you for the tasks you need to accomplish. You will not feel rushed to get this done and will have time to really think about your schedule and how to make it all fit. If you meal plan, you can get this done for the week. If you have exams or assignments, you can plan out some time to get those things done and maybe even get some extra study time!  3. Early Morning Exercise If you wake up at 5 AM, this gives you more time to work on your overall fitness. Your health depends on your activity level and exercise is important for a healthy lifestyle. We know it can be difficult to fit this in once you are home for the night. However, if you wake up in the morning and give yourself time, you would be surprised how much exercise you can get in. You can go for a walk, go to the gym or even have time to walk your dog. Whatever it is, waking up early can allow you to get it in.  4. Peace and Quiet Waking up before the rest of the house does can provide you with a couple hours of much needed
