Adrenal fatigue is one of the most dangerous forms of tiredness out there, and is responsible for a lot of the bad in your life. It’s directly related to your adrenal glands which are right on top of your kidneys and these control things like how much energy your create and how much fat you hold on to, largely through the chemical known as cortisol. When that goes out of balance, you start to feel the worst you’ve ever felt. This usually happens when you’re stressed which is more often than not, and as a result, there are some pretty ugly things. Including brain fog, depression and of course low energy. The only right way to help break free if this terrible disease, is through breaking into the energy zone. But the only way to stay in there to have true energy that lasts is through B-Vitamins and Açai Berry. Sleep is definitely the way to my heart along with words of affirmation and quality time! Do you know your own love language and your child’s?⠀ ⠀ Different children crave different types of attention. By learning to speak their love language you can fill their love tank and make bedtime more enjoyable and help prevent behavioral issues! Even babies and toddlers have love languages!! ⠀ ⠀ Below are the 5 love languages and what you can do to help fill the ❤️ tank before bed:⠀ ⠀ Physical touch: Offer hugs, kisses, massage after bath time. back rub, or a special hand shake before leaving the room. ⠀ ⠀ Quality Time: Go slow with bedtime, talk about your daily activities, what you enjoyed about the day with your child, giggle together, read books. Leave your phone out of the room. ⠀ ⠀ Words of affirmation: If your child lights up with positive praise, tell them how proud you are of something they did that day, thank them for helping, tell them how smart or funny they are! Boost them with your words.⠀ ⠀ Gifts: Use sticker and star charts when they complete tasks in the bedtime routine⠀ ⠀ Acts of service: Willingly help your child with tasks they need or want help with such as putting on pajamas, picking out clothes for tomorrow, reading books together⠀ ⠀ I highly recommend Gary Chapman’s book: The 5 Love Languages of Children!!
