So, who wakes up at 430am, exercise, shower, eat, and get dressed on their week off and still put in 9+hours of your own work?!!! Me!!! My internal clock goes off at 430 am everyday. Maximizing my time begins with an early start in the day and ends early. So, when I hear people I coach say, "I don't have enough time in my day to do all the things I need to do", I usually ask- " Well, what time do you wake up?" That's when I find out that their day begins later and ends later as well. Now, everyone is not built to be an earl bird like me, I realize that. But, just like my students/clients, I recommend logging your waking hours and what you are actually doing within those hours. Include your travel time to and from work or school. Now, ask yourself, "How much of that time is dedicated to me?" Eating healthy, exercise, professional development, playtime and rest are all quality time tools you deserve. The key is not just the amount of time but, the quality of time you give to yourself first and then others. Oh BTW- My day is now ending for my work. #metime Be sure to get yours too!!! 🤗🤗🤗 Happy #wellnesswednesday
