What was your most recent breakthrough? No matter how big or small, there is a first for everything! Today was my first time getting this toe tap sequence and mannnnn, did that ever feel good 🔥 - I still remember how freaking impossible a simple handstand staggered legs used to feel.. I would cry because I wanted it so bad and would just keep falling. Moments like this remind me that every fall was worth it to get back up again and reach this moment. Today when I practice my beginner OAHS drills I’ll fall over more times than seconds I’ll hold.. but in a couple of years time, I should have a wicked before and after video👌

You are the master of your life… • How often does life seem to spin out of control or things start to just feel stuck? • Let’s be real, things get tough, life doesn’t go according to plan, AND nothing is permanent. That can be daunting, yes, but also pretty damn empowering. • We all have choices! Use them. • I have to remind myself of these things ⚡️ Take ownership of your actions ⚡️ Get clear on your goals ⚡️ Stop wasting time to do the good that you were put here to do. • Make choices everyday that will guide you closer to mastering your life. You can choose to think new thoughts, choose to learn new things, choose to create new habits. Get out there and go do it!
