For many people self hate is less risky than self love. Self hate comes with a certain amount of certainty in that it matches the results a person has regularly been getting in their lives. Self love on the other hand feels un-deserved and unfamiliar. Self hate matches the feelings that were consistently felt growing up, self love showed up briefly when something was done that others approved of. Self hate matches the repressed rage we carry in our minds and bodies due to events that led to unforgiveness towards ourselves and others. Self love on the other hand feels fake and un-natural to many. Step back, and look at all of you for a moment. Is this the way you want to spend the next few decades of your life? Isn’t it time to make peace with yourself and others once and for all and release what you’ve been stuffing down for years? The answers you seek are already within you, you’re just not taking the time to listen and follow through. Don’t reject self love but instead welcome it in. Because I have one exercise I want you to follow through with for the rest of the day, here it is: Speak To The Different Organs And Parts Of Your Body Today! Every organ in your system has its own set of consciousness. Because this is the case instead of unconsciously punishing your internal system, speak to each affected area in your body in a loving and kind way today. Take note of how hard each organ has worked to provide you with a smooth ride through life. Speak to these affected areas as if you’re speaking to a person, and watch what starts to take place within. #panicattacks#cbt#psychology#anxietyhelp#anxietyrecovery#emotions#emotion#inspiration#sensitivity#anxietytips#anxiety#anxietyquote#anxietyrelief#anxietydisorder#anxietyattack#mentalhealth#agoraphobia#panic#panicattack#mondaythoughts#control#healthanxiety#selflove#energy#mindbodyspirit#energyscience#lawofattraction
It was when I stopped searching for home within others And lifted the foundations of home within myself I found there were no roots more intimate Then those between a mind and body That have decided to be whole -rupi kaur
Acceptance: This picture beautifully sums up the stories we create when faced with anxious noise. It’s been recently discovered that feelings are over less than two minutes. So what’s persistent? The stories we create: our minds love getting creative when anxiety shows up. I know firsthand how crippling such thoughts can be, I have my fair share of them daily, but what I’m trying to do is to accept the thoughts without creating a spiral, by taking a few deep breaths and trying to hold space. Observe but not react. Much love my fellow anxiety warriors♥️ #anxiety#anxietyrelief#anxietyrecovery#anxietywarrior#mentalhealthawareness Image credit to @defusinganxiety
It’s not easy to get out of a depression but is possible. I remember once upon a time thinking that it was a permanent “feeling” but the more I tried to get out of myself and do the things necessary for my soul and mind I found that it is more than possible to work through it. Exercise and a healthy diet is key, drinking, doing drugs and sitting around eating crap is not- although it might “help” temporarily... Support is key! Talking about it is key! Being mindful of your thoughts and body and working to conquer them is key! Helping others is key! . What else can you think of that is helpful is coping with depression?👇🏼 👇🏼

Going into the week with this reminder like ⚡️I’m a big proponent of rising above the mediocrity- whatever that definition means to you. Mediocrity is a weird thing because it’s something no one wants, yet people find themselves falling into it. This is a sweet little reminder to remember the greatness and light inside of you. ⭐️|📸: @sun_poured
𝐄𝐱𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐬 𝟏𝟒:𝟖 — 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐠𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬. Sometimes it’s not about 𝐲𝐨𝐮. Sometimes our Lord works 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 us to bring his faith to others. Sometimes— it’s your voice, your body, your life, that the Lord uses to bring faith to others. He chose 𝐲𝐨𝐮 for this mission for a purpose. Driving to brunch after church this morning and Thomas says “I think he put us through all that pain so you could share our story with the platform he help you build, all those woman who’ve gone through this.” — It was like the rain had stopped. The clouds in my heavy heart had lifted. He said to us today— 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠. In stories—After church and a delicious brunch, we headed to a small town fall festival. Sebastian road his little cow train about 10 times and was grinning ear to ear the entire time! He’s growing so fast right before our eyes! We picked a small pumpkin and a sweet couple offered to take, what is probably, our first family picture in months. It was a peaceful day, and filled with glory. Happy Sunday, babes. 🍁🍂🌾
