Day 5. 09/12/2019. ANIAR, Galway, Ireland 🇮🇪 (1/2) I don’t love posting food photos, I feel awkward taking photos. But I did it anyway last night. One of the finest dining experience from Aniar. Once awhile, you gotta treat yo’self. We loved every dish and every wine that was paired with. Learned about black garlic takes 8 weeks in certain electric cooking machine😏, and sake+butter combo is quite clean. Friendly staffs sat down with us and walk through the menu & dishes. Celebrated our engagement (!) with dinner at Michelin starred, @aniarrestaurant They create their menu daily with ingredients from West Ireland and try to get as close to zero waste as a restaurant can. Could not have been a better cap to a perfect day.
