My chickens are an import part of Farmer x Baker too, They are team compost! @jbarlass and I try to use every ounce of ingredients while preparing our foods. My  feathered friends enjoy the tidbits of our labor at the end of the day.
Every Tuesday I drive to all the other farms to pick up local produce, grains, dairy & all natural humanly raised meats for my café. I get to speak with the farmers and the animals!
